I started Roam to write physical space down: a live, queryable record for agents, robots and logistics. I flew to China to sit with the lidar suppliers, built four applications end to end, and walked whole cities scanning buildings.
I shut Superintelligence down at 2.5 million daily active users
Researchers working on AI safety and alignment reached out after the launch. I took the conversations, they completely flipped my view, and I closed the product at its peak.

I went on Fox News live about the model and open model behaviour, with an extended interview on Fox News Digital after. 1.2 million people arrived in the 30 hours that followed.
Superintelligence ships
I trained the first uncensored large language model from scratch, tokenizer through serving stack, and shipped it as a consumer app.
El Salvador invites us to bring bitcoin mortgages to the country
I presented bitcoin mortgage products to Douglas Pablo Rodriguez, President of the Central Bank of El Salvador, and his executive staff in San Salvador. The Ministry of Small Economy meeting closed with an agreement to analyse a pilot. I also presented to the Ministry of Housing and met President Nayib Bukele at a luncheon for bitcoin companies.
Bitcoin News takes CoinHomes out of stealth
The exclusive reported a $20 million raise and described under-collateralized bitcoin loans without liquidations or margin calls as a first for the lending space. The founders' first press interview was filmed at the Unconfiscatable Conference.
The Toronto Star covers CoinHomes at launch
The Star reported a bitcoin-backed mortgage closing in just under two weeks, and roughly $5 million in investor commitments lined up at that point.
CoinHomes underwrites mortgages against bitcoin
One company, two front doors. CoinHomes lent against bitcoin, SelectHomes against private company stock, the SpaceX or Stripe engineer worth $30 million on paper who barely qualifies for a $1 million mortgage. We closed complete transactions in four days in an industry that took forty-five or more.

I start mining bitcoin
January 3, 2013, four years to the day after the genesis block. I turned up at a friend's house in Waterloo with a trunk of mining equipment, and we mined close to two a day while it traded around $10. Every bitcoin position in this record was mined, never bought.
I ship Social Feed at 14
I was never given an allowance, so at 14 I started building things people would pay for, and I have not stopped since. Social Feed was the first that worked: among the first 1,000 apps on the App Store, 598,000 users in the first thirty days, and $110,000 in the end.
